Booking Information

Here are our principal booking conditions, together with some useful information about your stay. Please contact us if you have a question or wish to make a booking.

• Weekly bookings run from Friday to Friday from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure.
• Short breaks are usually available in low season, excluding peak periods such as Christmas, New Year and school holidays. They may also be offered in high season on a last minute basis. These are either three night weekend breaks from Friday to Monday or four night midweek breaks from Monday to Friday. Midweek short breaks are often priced the same as or less than weekend breaks and offer excellent value.
• All prices are in Pounds GB and are fully inclusive of electricity, full central heating, bed linen and towels. We provide one bath sheet and one hand towel per person.
• A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the cost of the holiday is required at the time of booking. Reservations will not be treated as complete until the deposit has been received. The balance is payable eight weeks prior to the arrival date. If the booking is made within eight weeks of the arrival date, the rent must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• All payments shall be made by cheque payable to 'Roger Chapman'.
• A highchair and travel cot are available at no extra charge, but please bring your own cot linen.
• Children are welcome, but please note that small children must be supervised at all times while outdoors. The garden is enclosed, preventing access by small children into Prior Park, but the terraced nature of the garden and the presence of a pond, makes supervision essential.
• Re accessibility, the cottage is not suitable for wheelchair users, but may be suitable for persons with lesser disabilities. If you have someone less able in your party, please contact us to discuss your requirements before making a booking.
• For the comfort of all of our guests, the cottage and gardens are strictly non smoking.
• Registered assistance dogs apart, we do not allow pets.
